What Is Happiness?

Day 3 What Is Happiness?

What is happiness?

For me, it’s something deeply relative and ever-changing.

My definition of happiness has nothing to do with others, and even the definition I hold today may not be the same tomorrow.

“No plans” and “not knowing” have brought me to a state where everything feels fresh...like a new beginning, as if I’ve just been reborn. I no longer feel rushed to follow a structured, ideal path built by society...the one designed for competition, comparison, and approval.

Now, it feels like there are infinite possibilities waiting at every moment.

And maybe that “perfect time” we all talk about isn’t somewhere ahead...maybe it’s right now.

Happiness, for me, is not about having a beautiful house, a successful career, or the world’s approval. It’s not about how things look from the outside. It’s about the peace of being who I truly am - walking my own undefined path, even when I don’t know where it leads.

The truth is, happiness will always look different for everyone. It cannot be the same and that’s what makes it beautiful. We often feel empty when we tolerate what we don’t love or when we try to live by the definitions set by others.

It’s okay to walk on a path that no one has walked before.

It’s okay to choose something different, uncertain, or unapproved.

Happiness is using your uniqueness to create something your own.

It’s sitting with yourself, asking what you love, and letting that love guide you.

Because in the end....no one knows better than you.

You are the expert of your own life. 🌿
